Can a teen take NO2 products or any of these???

-No2 black or normal
-niox
-creatine monohydrate
-vp2 protein
-glutamine
-waxy maize starch

my stack was going to be:
PRE:
protein shake+no2or niox
POST:
WMS+creatine+glutamine then protein shake

and plz explain why or why not

All of those are safe to take as a teenager. I would avoid taking in a glutamine supplement if you eat a lot of meat and other proteins. Glutamine overdoses can result in depression. Also if you are not taking in the other necessary amino acids to compliment L-glutamine it is simply excreted in urine. Waxy maize starch is a very good simple carbohydrate, so therefor it should be consumed approximately 25-30 minutes before your workout. Complex carbs should be consumed post-workout. Complex carbohydrates are found in foods such as peas, beans, whole grains, pasta, rice, and vegetables. Monohydrate is another supplement that is very good, but has to be taken correctly to be effective. You must "load" creatine, this means for the first 5 days you should take in 23g a day to ensure your body absorbs 20g. The 23g should not be taken at once, it is better to take 3-4 servings of 6-7g. After the first 5 days you can cut your daily dosage down to 9-10g a day, absorbing 7g. I like the protein and No2 schedule you have set up for yourself.
