How much Nitro-Tech Hardcore should I take daily if I am about 5'7" and weigh about 140 lbs ?

i just began working out and i am 16 years old, 5'7" tall, and weigh 140 lbs. what is a good amount of nitro-tech hardcore i should take everyday? it says for maximum results take 2 servings 3 times a day, but that seems a little too much for me since i am just beginning, and i paid $45 for this and at that rate itll be gone in less than a week
