Good dumbbell exercises to build mass and strength for a beginner?

What are some good dumbbell exercises for a beginner?

I'm one of those skinny little 19 year old guys so I'm no where close to being some football jock. I bought myself a 15 pound dumbbell to start off. I'm mainly looking to build my arms and chest for more mass and strength. Any routine ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

ignore above advice. there's way too much going on, and that'll actually lead to less growth. you wanna focus on big compound movements that'll incorporate multiple muscle groups at once. things like presses and pulls in different directions. here's a good routine you can do every other day:

squats (legs, quad dominant)
push-ups or bench press (chest, triceps, shoulders)
stiff-legged deadlift (hamstrings, lower back)
bent over rows (back, biceps)

occasionally, you might wanna switch push-ups with military press, pull-ups (go find a playground or something with some bars) for rows, and lunges for squats.
