Is my head alright??
I slipped on a big chunch of ice on Friday while going to the bus stop, I now have a bruise/huge bumb that's red, purple, and dark green. It's right near my right eye. The symptoms I am feeling are:
Headaches
Pain in right ear (on and off)
Slight dizziness (for a few sec, and while I was taking warm shower)
Sensitivity to noise or touch
I went to the nurse and she told me I might have had a concussion, or something could've happened to the bone, as they are very fragile and thin. I am only 13 btw. Thanks!

Brains do not generate pain signals only soft tissue does that. So you have several problems which need different types of treatment.
You also have a major problem with the contents of your head. In particular the information placed there by society/religion/school. Sorry I'm not able to help you with that part.
