What is a good price to have your bike fixed? - In the US -?

I need the cartridge replaced (main bearing in the crank) and one of the seals is popped out of my front suspension, I just want to know before I get to the bike shop so I get an idea. Its a TREK FUEL 80 if that matters.

The bottom bracket (crank bearing) I can help with. The other - I don't know. Prices may vary greatly from bike shop to bike shop. It may also depend on the exact bike.

Recently, my LBS charged only about $35 for a new bottom bracket - installed. Other area shops wanted as much as $50 for the same part on the same bike. Shop around...
