Replace strength with something like fire punch or earthquake.
Sheer cold is pretty cheap (OHKO, though ice beam is more reliable). I'd have water spout instead of hydro pump, and thunder instead of ancientpower. With Kyogre's drizzle ability, thunder has 100 accuracy.
Replace fly with aerial ace, and dragon rage with dragon claw or earthquake. Dragon dance is useful (more useful than thunderbolt, since Dragonite has high attack).
Sceptile has higher sp atk than atk. Replace giga impact with leaf storm, get rid of cut (sunny day, maybe?).
On Arcanine, replace rock climb with something like fire fang, and flamethrower with crunch. If you must keep hyper beam, use giga impact instead, but I would replace it with flare blitz.
You have a bit too many offensive pokemon for my taste. I'd try using a few tanks, like Dusknoir, instead of almost all physical sweepers.
